Summary
Website Redesign for North Carolina’s Largest Organ Procurement Organization.
About
HonorBridge is one of the 57 federally designated organ procurement organizations (OPOs) in the U.S, serving 7.5 million people in 78 counties in North Carolina and Virginia.
Deliverable
HonorBridge hired CH Web Agency to rebuild their nonprofit website. The project’s goals were to redesign the website from the ground up, meet accessibility requirements, reorganize and restructure content, and highlight the importance of organ donation. Additionally, HonorBridge needed an easier way to add new content to the website. The newly redesigned website communicates HonorBridge’s mission to its audience in an impactful, informative, and effective way. It highlights the importance of organ & tissue donation and empowers the site’s visitors to take action, and register as donors.

Feedback
CH Web Agency led us through a total renovation of our nonprofit website. Having only been in my position for a few months when we started, I was very overwhelmed and unsure about the project - but Joe and Oxana organized our work and our conversations and brought a sense of calm and expertise that made working with them a true delight. They did a lot of research behind the scenes to understand our work and our brand. They came to every meeting with an agenda, answered our questions quickly, followed up appropriately, and kept us on track the whole time. They resolved unanticipated problems that we brought to the table with patience, speed, and grace. And our website looks great! I would recommend CH Web to anyone without reservation - they were absolutely wonderful to work with.
