Other considerations
You can securely access your WordPress dashboard by logging in through wp-admin. If you have a custom designed log in page, the link to log in may be different. Your website is protected by a security plugin called WordFence, if you enter the wrong credentials too many times, you may see a screen saying your computer has been temporarily blocked. This means the security of the website is working, contact your development team for next steps.
