Requirements
As part of their RFP, Buckeye Hills Regional Council required a robust solution to add open positions to their careers page. They needed a responsive and accessible way to add and manage a variety of job types. Buckeye Hills identified several target audiences, including individuals seeking careers within Buckeye Hills different departments. To better meet the needs of the HR department and this target audience, their team wanted to move away from an antiquated pdf application to a modern online application.
Solution
CH Web Agency designed a modern and custom template for job positions. With our custom design, adding a new position only requires filling out a couple of fields. The custom template does the hard work and generates a responsive and accessible job post on the front-end of the website. The job is automatically posted to the careers page and linked to the application process. Once the position is filled, staff can remove it from open positions by marking the job closed.
